Cornish is a performer and rapper who has performed since 2000 under the stage name MC Dusk. She was born in New South Wales, and was raised by three siblings and one brother. Her parents divorced after she turned 16. Abbie managed to come through the trauma of her parents' divorce by focusing her efforts to pursue a career.
